I have gone through Simon to help me purchase a few properties around the GTA. He is very professional, knowledgeable, hardworking and above all, a great person to deal with. They are very caring and really help you out. We are in process of selling our house with them and when we have the appts we have been over to Lynne`s house with the dogs which is very nice considering sitting out in the car is hard in winter.
